Oh Baby Easy Return Satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase except on special order items. For all other items. You may return any unopened and unused item for any reason within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less actual shipping charges and a 20% restocking charge.

For special order items, meaning items that customers request us to order specifically for them once the item has been shipped from the supplier return can only be done after the item clears Jamaica Customs and if customers are willing to pay the cost of shipping back the item to our supplier.

Please note that for items we have to ship on your behalf for example furniture, items will be delivered in 3-4 weeks and shipping, customs charges and govt taxes will apply and this is in addition to the price stated on the website.

Unfortunately, food items and Breast Pumps are Not Returnable.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which can be obtained by calling 1-876-541-7772. Returns without RAN number authorization will Not Be Credited. Please make sure and clearly mark the RAN on the box on any return shipments.

• Delivery charge for Kingston is J$800.
• Please allow seven working days for delivery. If any delay is expected, we will inform the client either through email or contact information provided by the client.
• Deliveries outside of Kingston will be charged according to the prevailing delivery and shipment (if necessary) rates.
