Oh Baby Easy Return Satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase. You may return any unopened and unused item for any reason within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less actual shipping charges and a 20% restocking charge.

Unfortunately, food items and Breast Pumps are Not Returnable.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which can be obtained by calling 1-876-541-7772. Returns without RAN number authorization will Not Be Credited. Please make sure and clearly mark the RAN on the box on any return shipments.

• Delivery charge for Kingston is J$800.
• Please allow seven working days for delivery. If any delay is expected, we will inform the client either through email or contact information provided by the client.
• Deliveries outside of Kingston will be charged according to the prevailing delivery and shipment (if necessary) rates.
